Cruciform  (ˈkrü-sə-ˌfrm)
"In the shape of a cross"

Considered by many to be the most powerful, meaningful symbol in human history, the cross will provoke, challenge, endear, or even repulse the soul of the person who dares ponder its historical and spiritual significance.

Beautiful yet rugged, awe inspiring yet lowly.
The Cruciform is most impactful in its most humble form... regardless of where it is encountered.

We hope you enjoy our Sacred Art for the modern home.

After many successful years in the Home Decor Industry, artist and designer Richard Casey, creator of the multiple award winning architectural elements line "The Casey Collection", has re-emerged after taking a much deserved sabbatical. This time, however, Richard is following his heart and creating pieces that inspire the observer and hopefully give honor to God. Focusing on Spiritual Symbolism and the Cruciform in particular, Richard's objective is to create inspirational works of art based on his Judeo Christian faith that are both beautiful yet remind us of the agony Jesus suffered on the cross.

The story of the Nails...

During the time Jesus was crucified, the Romans would forge the 5” to 7” crucifixion nails out of iron and copper in sets of 5;  2 nails for the wrists, 2 for the feet - to be driven through the Achilles tendon with the feet turned out - and 1 to adhere the wooden name plate identifying the offender being crucified...

For those of you who already own one or more of these pieces we'd love to hear from you!  Please take a moment to tell Richard how they have impacted your life.
It will bless him to no end!
